There is currently an increase in phishing and fraud attempts in which criminals impersonate hotels or booking platforms. The messages can appear deceptively real and may even contain your name, the hotel name, your booking number, or your travel details.
We will never ask you to re-enter your credit card or payment details via a link in a WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Do not click on links in suspicious messages.
- Do not enter any credit card, bank account, or personal information via such links.
- Don't let yourself be pressured by messages like "Your booking will be cancelled" .
- Please check your booking exclusively via the official website or app of the booking platform.
- If you are unsure, please contact our hotel directly using the contact details you already know .
❗Important: Even if a message contains genuine booking data or appears within a well-known booking portal, this does not automatically mean that it originates from our hotel.
