The AlpenCongressCenter (ACC) is the heart of the conference area at the AllgäuSternHotel. With its spacious Congress Hall and six conference rooms -all with balconies - it provides the ideal setting for your MICE project. The ACC is spread over two floors and also offers ample space for your conference breaks.
Realising your conference at the AllgäuSternHotel means experiencing natural inspiration from outside, as the beautiful mountain landscape is right on the door step. Which conference rooms does the AllgäuSternHotel offer?
The AllgäuSternHotel boasts over 20 different conference and seminar rooms. Here is an overview of the individual categories:
- Workshop rooms with 19, 38, and 40 sqm
- Conference rooms with 70, 71, and 75 sqm
- Conference room B40 with 190 sqm, divisible into 115 and 75 sqm
- Congress Hall with 550 sqm
How many people can the conference rooms accommodate?
As one of the largest conference hotels in the region, the AllgäuSternHotel can accommodate meetings and events of almost any size. The AlpenCongressCenter, for example, can hold up to 500 guests. Meeting room B40 can accommodate up to 150 people. And we also have the perfect spaces for smaller groups of 2 to 20 people. Thanks to our flexible room sizes, you can easily hold both small meetings and large conferences with us.
What standard equipment do the conference rooms have?
Standard equipment in all seminar rooms includes: flipchart, pinboard, screen, moderator's kit, notepads and pens. You also benefit from free high-speed Wi-Fi, plenty of natural light and blackout options, as well as comfortable Thonet chairs and ergonomically designed work tables.
Which technical equipment is available?
In addition to free high-speed Wi-Fi, you'll benefit from high-quality screens, projectors, microphones, and 86-inch monitors with 4K UHD resolution (available for an additional fee). Our expert partner, Harmonic Sound, will gladly handle all technical support during your event and accommodate your individual requirements.
How far is it from the main building to the AlpenCongressCenter?
From the main building of the AllgäuSternHotel, you can reach the AlpenCongressCenter in just 2 to 3 minutes. The walkways between the main building and the CongressCenter are permanently covered.
Are hybrid meetings and online conferences possible?
Yes, many of our meeting rooms offer the option of holding hybrid meetings and online conferences. Please contact us for more information.

Can conferences and accommodation be combined?
Yes, you are welcome to combine your conference with overnight stays directly at the hotel. Many of our loyal conference clients do this – it's a convenient solution for multi-day conferences.
Are daytime events possible?
Yes, we also offer day events. These are particularly suitable if you have limited time and do not wish to combine your conference with overnight stays.

Yes, the Sonnenkopfhütte can be rented exclusively for events. Whether for the grand finale of a conference, for Christmas parties or other corporate events, or private occasions such as weddings: the Sonnenkopfhütte is the highlight of any event. Please note that the hut is only open for exclusive events; there is no regular hut operation.
How many people can the Sonnenkopfhütte accommodate?
The Sonnenkopfhütte can be booked for groups of 60 or more. It can accommodate up to 250 guests in total.
Is there a personal contact person for event planning?
Yes, a personal contact person from our experienced conference and event team is always available to you – before, during or after your event.
How long is the walk from the AllgäuSternHotel to the Sonnenkopfhütte?
